Our service offers a creative alternative to off-site and on-site document capture. Our vehicles are fully equipped to efficiently digitize your valuable documents while still under your full control, and without the challenges of on-site capture.

What We Do
We schedule periodic visits to your parking lot and utilize our state of the art technology to digitize your backfile and/or day-forward records, accommodating your turnaround requirements. We stay for hours or days as needed, safely capturing documents that will return to your premises each day, while digital images will be indexed and post processed in our secure facilities.

The traditional approach

A traditionally service gets the documents out of your premises to get scanned, digitized, indexed, QC-ed, processed and published elsewhere. That makes documents vulnerable to many risks while on transit or while out of your physical control. Until now, the only alternative has been to intrude your premises with staff and equipment. Our innovation does not necessarily replace these extremes, it supplements them with a creative compromise. Diverse document sources may require a combination of any or all of these three alternatives.
